Current Programs
2014 LA Marathon Training
This 2013-2014 year, training will begin November 30th, 2013. Participants of Happy Feat Running gather to train for our annual Los Angeles Marathon training. This program is designed for the "non-runner" and avid runner alike. This year we are also incorporating a walking program to help include everyone. It tailors to runners and walkers who want to complete the full 26.2 miles. This year, we are joining with CSUN's Kinesiology Department to include educated and experienced students to help with workshops (i.e. stretching and injury prevention). We will also cover topics of hydration, stretching, and other pertinent information that is needed to complete this feat. SIGN UP'S ARE FREE!!! Come join us and "run the red carpet".
